The new P-RO Ultrafiltration Unit from Clean Membranes offers pretreatment to reverse osmosis (RO) systems used in research, medical, and analytical laboratories, thereby lowering the operating cost of those systems. The P-RO Unit decreases the frequency of expendable cartridge filter replacement while increasing the operational robustness of the RO system to accept highly variable inlet water quality.
The P-RO Unit is easily integrated with existing lab RO equipment, is immediately responsive to RO demand, and requires no external power supply. It can accept feed tap water with SDI15 up to 4 and deliver feed to the RO with SDI15 < 1.5.
